Didn't read through entire thread, so don't know if this was said already but

Why not just enable showing what country you are in when you're in the spar rooms?
This way the people (sparrers) who need this can determine who is using vpn etc, while outside of sparring your flag stays private (or whatever flag you choose).

The purpose of the flag being automatically chosen was not solely added for the fact it could be used as a VPN detection tool and it will be expanded upon in the future.

As of now sparers are just the people who care about it the most and for obvious reasons, but it wasn't added just for them.

As far as I see it, it seems to be a convenience updated just to make the social aspect somewhat easier. (As in hey I see you're from the same country! That's awesome man!)
Cus tbh, whenever I see dutch people on graal I always give them a greeting xD
