its small but you could build a house The island is not that high above sea level though 40,000$ is very cheap for an island I beleive I will be purchasing an island of my own aswell |

As for the height, actually doe I kinda like that. Feels more islandy. I mean it's near Maine so yea there will be high tides but liek there are tons of measures to keep le place from sinking. Plus it's still quite above sea level. Besides, i'll have a 10 story house k. One level for each room;P |
