5k Guilds.

Hello,

Recently House hit 1k and I went to EoS. Ace and I thought it would be cool to do a 5k. What are the best ways to manage 5ks? How do you get loyal members for these 5ks? Will people stick around? Have any tips on leading one? Hopefully this idea would work and not crash.

Exactly like 1k. People who want to hit 5k will stay, those who don't will move on.

Don't give out your 1k till you hit 5k is a good way to start.

Make sure you enjoy towering with those people, otherwise 4000 is a lot of time to sit around.
Honestly, 5 1ks > 1k + 5k hat.

Same as a 1k really, just gonna last longer and probably be a lot slower for a while.

Nowadays, the only way that ever works (from what I've seen) is by continuing sraight after a 1k, keeping your members. Otherwise it won't work, too many hat chasers that won't do 5k's now.

Some will, but to keep an actual good amount, again you're gonna need to continue straight off of a 1k, with that same guild.

This is never a cool thing to do, but you'd probably have to keep the 1k hat list secret and not release it for a while, or all the hat chasers are gonna ditch.

I got multiple Pms from members wanting to do a 5k. Hey, if I have a mentality not to give up It could happen.

& again, doubt your newer EoS members will want to jump on House for the 5k. It just doesn't really work like that. They'll probably think they'll be less noticed than original House members, especially since it will be on the tag that they weren't part of originally.

this is mainly what keeps a lot of people from doing 5ks with new guilds, they fear that original members will always get priority from leaders and such

It's not really a difficulty thing, or at least it wasn't last time I towered

The challenge isn't even the towering, it's just finding people that are willing to be online for a painful number of hours every day
I don't really have any advice on how you can do that... But, that's what you do
