Another point to add, not really to do with ban evidence but this is turning into a thread to state what's wrong with warning and banning systems.

I don't think players should be banned for using swear words, more that they should be banned for using them to insult people.
Actually using the words in a sentence seems fine to me.  

Question: Why were jails removed from Classic?

Classic used to have them but I don't know why were they removed.

Wasn't enough punishment. People could still be on the game, and send pms (I think we used to be able to send pms).

Or actually no, I think you couldn't send pms, because we couldnjt see what others would say in jail. Either way, probably too many people are getting banned, so you can't hold them all in the same level?

1. At first you could send pms, they took that away for obvious reasons.
2. It was actually considered "cool" to be in jail, when you could chat.

Probably a multitude of reasons why they took it out, not gonna bore people with listing them though.  

Sorry to hear about your situation albie. I'm actually going through something similar but in real life. I have been accused of theft by my school and there is no evidence against me only the word of a teacher and they believe them over me just because of their tittle and their authority. The cops have gotten involved now and I have theft on my record which I'm working really hard to get cleaned. But what I can tell you is this. Life isn't fair and it never will be. Messed up things will happen to those who have done nothing wrong. Even if they don't have evidence against you it's always the person with the title and with the authority that always is right no matter what. Life isn't fair man. And you just have to power through it.

That's just sad bro, I didn't have any problems since you know I act super soft and I sound innocent that's why I never get into problems, But when I do I just blame other people why? Because I don't want to be embarassed mostly when you're in Philippines, Once you got embarassed at school that 'Title' you earned will be stuck to you forever, But I also do make that as advantage for other people when they get in trouble I could always budge in and say that they didn't do anything. I could've help you but I don't know in what way. I just feel really sad for you.

Why not make this say 10k gralats, which are refunded to your account if you get unbanned, and they are taken if you aren't.

To begin with, I don't know much about how the GM tools work on other Servers then Delteria, but ban evidence is actually quite hard to acquire, it's not like GM's run around recording the screen all day. So they decide on their own. But if Staff abuses this, etc reports will start to accumulate and initially they will be fired. Also I think most of the bans which ban hacking are automatic, which means that it recognizes weird activity and shuts it down. But bugs occur and mistakes happen, after all most of the bans were issued by humans who are designed to fail from time to time.  

It's cool to be corrupt, abusive and unfair. Atleast that's what I experienced from most of Graals (higher) staff.

Gyazo is a program where you can select an area on your screen and record a gif. This takes 3 seconds and that would be good enough proof. Still not quite sure why GP's can't do that when banning people.

Gyazo is awful, if you're going to suggest something with no knowledge of how their team works, at least suggest something reasonable like ShareX.

It doesn't have to be good, it just has to be easy to access and open and have the ability to prove someone is hacking. Gyazo can do that
