Should be fixed.

If something is quick and easy to get done and it satisfies players, it gets done. There's quite a few amount of threads that have examples of player-submitted suggestions and implementation. Sometimes in the same day! Not just the forums either, things have been suggested from in-game feedback as well. For example: hearts over your spouses. I saw that in feedback and thought it was a pretty good idea. I wanted to add it... wasn't that simple. Indicators are clientside, and spouse info is only accessible serverside. So what was supposed to be pretty easy turned into a slightly more complicated problem than anticipated. But it got done, just wasn't as quick and easy as it was originally predicted. Development in a nutshell, especially on Graal! That's not even touching on bugs that are fixed from player input. Hell, most of the housing updates that were made were from me because I thought the housing system was horrible. I just find it insulting that you assume because a few vague ideas that are suggested all the time aren't implemented that you assume no one cares about listening to players. BS. Find another game that listens and interacts with players sooooo much better than Graal then. But there's a big backlog of things to do, some small and some large. The large projects can't be done without putting the small projects on hold. Small projects can be done, but pushes big projects back further. Say we do add players suggestions, which gets added first? Because whoever's is put on the backburner the longest is gonna whine the same thing you are right now. Thinking we don't care because we didn't implement what they wanted before what the other player wanted. That's assuming what is being suggested isn't already on the to-do list! It's a big list, and there's a lot on the list already. I can only say in the simplest terms possible. There is so much to do, so little time, and so little workforce. We can't make miracles happen. To sit and add player suggestions would just be adding them on to an already big list of things. We have to balance updates. You liked the leaderboards update? I'm glad you did! We appealed to a group of players with that ya? Well guess what, while you liked that update a lot of players didn't because it didn't add anything for them. Think the roleplayers gave a **** about leaderboards? Nope! Think house decorators cared? Nah! But you, and players like you did, and that's why it was done. So while that update appealed to that playerbase an update like Nexus was necessary to appeal to another group of players. It's a game of balance, and it's a fickle game with a lot of complaining all the time. We can never make an update that makes everyone happy. |

No wonder you have 4 lime bars you suck up ![]() .
OT: Aguzo, I see you going full GOAT and making everybody hate you and I commend you for standing for your belief BUT if you want things done I think it's not wise to attack the people that are most likely to do them. That line about "not being capable or qualified" can be a big hit to the ego if you know what I mean. |

Where's the option on this poll for me to click "The game is fine, let the people who actually know what they're talking about update it as needed"

Didn't ask graalians. I asked a bunch of random players so that it wouldn't be biased, and surprisingly even though most of them haven't been here for more than a year, 40% wanted there to be actual game changers. Troll posts aside, I am doing this for everyone, since no one else wants to ask the hard questions nor do they want to get on anyone's bad side, especially when it's more fun to bash on a single individual for speaking out against "popular beliefs", jala bolas (shameful) I saw that there was not much activity in the forums, another point on why I made this thread. I will however say this, Rufus is correct on the fact that the majority just wants more hats, different hat colors, different sizes, different remakes... 60% anyway, estimate. |

I don't care if I am hated for the things I say, just as long as everyone is clear on what the game's future is. I wouldn't want to keep making suggestions knowing that the main priority is hats. Which is why the thread was made, and the fact that the devs should be getting paid, even if they are only teens working as a GAT. |

Anyway, y'all need to look at graal from a sociological perspective. It's a social institution, and the past indirectly reflects upon the future. Aguzo, if you adopted this perspective, you would understand where they are coming from. Inversely, Aguzo may have had different experiences with graal, so I find it harsh that some of you are total assholes. The point of this thread is obvious. He has a belief. Instead of stripping that belief away from him, it would be beneficial to collectively reach some sort of higher truth (which some of you already are contributing).

I was literally taking Intro to Programming at my university when I entered the role of LAT Admin. The amount of work I did was never enough. Sure, I could have done a lot better if I wasn't an inexperienced teenager with occasional asshole tendencies. In essence, I took the job too seriously because I cared too much about the future of Classic, and I felt that people that were volunteer members of the team that didn't complete their tasks, even though they were just volunteers, shouldn't have a role if they weren't reliable with their workload. The current developers of Classic, Dusty et al, imo, deserve to be paid as professionals for the work they do. |

Using Imgur, you can press the photo button from quick or advanced message. Just make sure that you delete the standard http///, because it'll double up, and then put .png at the end. Photo button is the button on the right that looks like a picture(6th button from the left on advanced, second from the left in quick message)

I have to say the game has always been the same for the past nearly 7 years and yet it is still growing. I dont think anything really needs to be changed since it has been the game I always enjoyed playing and wasting my life on when I did. |

In general terms of how ios classic was at the start/roughly around that time it has obviously gone better(more hats/guilds/etc) BUT from anything other than same old updates it's gone worse as many expect these hatupdates and stuff like that simply because thats what they have always been given-I mean whoelse wouldn't want it..but there has to be a limit if you want classic to be more of a game. The point is that the other stuff (stuff you have added onto map etc)hasn't been worked on.. staff:its like somethings about to come. staff: its coming soon etcetc yet players have waited years not weeks not months YEARS yet because barry and sally want an icecream on their heads actual storylines/activities etc have always been brushed aside, so why not set aside certain times of the year to progress these stuff that never ended up anything?? |
