When will it go away??  

When March begins, the start of spring. (I believe)  

Seasons in Classic:

Winter - Dec, Jan, Feb (Snow tileset, no bugs*)
Spring - March, April, May (Regular tileset, some bugs)
Summer - June, July, Aug (Regular tileset, all bugs)
Fall - Sept, Oct, Nov (Fall tileset, few bugs)

*(not including cockroaches)

Yeah, seeing this thread I was about to post "actually it's already gone"  

The snow gets boring after your first time, you go afk and then come back on later to find your stuck in a pile of snow.

I blame global warming.  

damn lol. Reason why i want the snow gone is because my wind storm can barely be seen in the snow. Except for the leaves

All the insects came back, thinking it was all safe and the snow had cleared.

Little did they know that the snow would come back instantly, poor insects, they all died.

Migrated for nothing, all gone. I was going to catch some bugs, but now... looks like the snow caught them first.

But your character is deathly afraid of dead bugs, so sadly it doesn't work out in the end  

So, what's going on exactly? The snow melted, as it's supposed to, at the beginning of February, but then came back for some reason.

Can we get an explanation for this? I for one was quite looking forward to having bugs back.

Is Classic experiencing some kind of climate change?
