BAN GLITCH???

yesterday I was banned from graal online classic i went in other acc and then talked with an admin who said to me go to toonslab to send a ticket . I did it and 1 day after that my brother was banned without doing anything he then sent a ticket to toonslab and i dis it too . My ticket said that i wouldnt be disbanned and now when I try to log into my other accounts where the I'm banned 'm suspecting that an admin banned me because not received any notice .. or will be a glitch ? I am trying to log in any other acc and when i do it an different BAN ID appears idk why so idk why this hapening ( This Id appearig in the image is not my ID its the ID of the not-indentifiked acc everytime i log in graal its a different ID ) i go to toonslab and everytime is just :]http://i66.tinypic.com/eiqxci.png (Unsupported image host)
Toonslab isnt helping so i decided to post here

You have been IP banned, meaning any past, current or new accounts on your wifi network will be banned. You CANNOT create a new account until the IP ban has passed, because that account will be banned as well.

That means why my brother is banned too? But i has been banned yesterday in my first original acc and i logged in my 2 acc normaly without being banned today so why its happening just now?

Explain your issue with toonslab about being link to a ban since you're in the same household as your sibling. You will be unbanned if anything.
