If you want to make a game, start by hitting the books. Java, C++, C#, Python, Ruby, you choose one.

If you don't want to do that hard work, though, use a software. (Game engine.)
GraalOnline consists of online activity, so that will be very tricky to handle, especially that you have no knowledge of video game programming. However, there might be some apps out there to make your game online.

The engines you can use are;
Game Salad
Unity
Game Maker
Sketch
Stencyl
RPG Maker
Scratch (That's a perplexed game engine for me. x-x)

There are pros and cons in each game engine, but you have to find it out yourself and see which one fits for your game.

The con for most of them is; You ought to pay money, of course, to release your game or to have more "liberty" in your game. (In-App purchases, Ads, etc.)

So, good luck and I wish you the best.

If you plan on doing this alone... I'd suggest you to get a skilled partner or a team. Making a game is easier said than done.

If you don't have any skills whatsoever, I recommend for you to gain art, animate, levels, sfx, etc. skills to make this game the best.

Don't forget to plan out your game before making the game. As soon you know what the theme and objectives are, then developing the game would be a cinch. (Not technically.)

Btw for rpgmaker mv its no longer in ruby so if you want to work with mv learn java.

I would suggest learning Unity if you like the .NET/C# language. Unity has a ton of great features that I use for many of my games. Unity can also build to almost any platform on the market including iOS, Android, PC, Mac, Linux, and even the new Apple TV OS. Unity is also an engine on its own meaning that it handles all the physics calculations, rendering, and a ton of code that's behind the scenes which makes Unity very superior.

If you are into Java on the other hand, which is my preferable language, I would suggest using LibGDX. LibGDX allows you to code games in Java and build them to iOS and of course other platforms that natively support Java such as Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux. However, LibGDX will require more coding on your end as it is not integrated into its own development environment like Unity is, therefore leaving you without a few tools that you will need to create yourself.

One of my pc teachers in school is currently making a android app but uses the school pc's for that for some reason so some code always pops up when you log in. I think he said he used to work for ubisoft and is a pretty chill dude.
If I don't forget about this I'll ask him how he's making it!

Update:

My prof. suggested the progam AppInventor or learning java.
He said AppInventor (which was originally made by google) is way easier though and a bit similiar to Scratch, works for android and has the QR Code feature.

If you have the drive to learn Unity, learn to use Godot instead because you'd be supporting open source development as well as learning a powerful and legitimately free engine (unlike Unity which includes a lot of caveats when you get down to it).

I have all the advantages that they did not have. Any other little comments you want to get out of the way?

The fact you are asking on Graalians kind of shows you don't have too much knowledge on this topic, and paying people to develop for you is not a safe fund so please do not waste your money at this point in time.

You should focus on learning how to develop games on your own right now using some of the engines people have provided (not big games, but ones that will give you a good amount of experience in game development and programming). Game development is a long process and you can't just pay professionals and expect everything to turn out fine, you should be able to develop on the same level as the people you are hiring. This way you can also tell if game development is something you enjoy or not before dumping a ton of money into it.

Learn, Work, Invest.

What knowledge DO you have with this kind of stuff? Would be nice to know where you are at currently skill wise so we can give feedback and suggestions that suit you and your goals better than just randomly naming game engines and programs.  

I would help you but I have no coding experience but I'm honestly a good bug tester

My current status is I'm a professional pixel artist, and a Art and New Media Teacher. I can create the animations, with pixels. Levels are self explanatory, so right now I just need a scripter. I have a lot of money saved up for this project, and have been talking to three programmers that are interested with only $2000 for an alpha test. I like my chances, thank you.
