I can't refund my uploads.

So, I have a body upload that literally looks invisible.

I've been wanting to refund it, but I just haven't been able to wear it at all. Also, even if I try to refund my other uploads, I'm still not able to. I don't know why, but every other person has been able to refund theirs. I would really love for someone to help, but if not that's totally okay. Thanks for your time.

Nothing, like the option it's supposed to give you when you're about to refund it doesn't pop up.

Yes, I tap the head icon, but nothing pops up asking me that if I really wanna refund the upload and that ill get like 50% of my gralats back. Also I play on mobile, I don't have a pc at all.

Yes, I have both head and body uploads. I'm trying to get both refunded actually.

This happens from time to time. If you contact support.toonslab.com with the issue and the id in feedback (as 4-Lom said), they will refund it for you. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Happened to me once, but it was a different situation I guess, where I am unable to equip the new head I uploaded and that is why I didn't et the chance to refund it. Contacted toonslab and unfortunately no help and refund from them. Next time I know the head was gone in my head pages.
