Yeah, there are currently 2 different picnic tables, old one at Oasis and new one at Mire Mart, not so sure about the other picnic items she mentioned though  

Would be nice if there were car themed draisines with glowing lights in the front.

They did, although that was a whle ago. I can't even remember when it was.
But it had lots of furniture if I remember correctly.
