Driving and gambling are similar. I love driving, and driving fast at that. One might even say I'm addicted to the adrenaline rush. Sugar is highly addicting. In fact, much more than gambling. Along with caffeine. I know tons of people who tell me they will get migranes if they don't get their caffeine every morning. That's because their body is addicted and craves it. Everyone p I know/knew who were minors were able to gamble without a problem. Gambling is the least addicting thing listed on this entire thread, ironically.

It's much easier to get addicted to gambling than it is from the adrenaline rush driving. Still really isn't the same thing, but good try.

Sugar is addicting, if consumed at an unhealthy rate.

Yep... both parents quit coffee cold turkey. Both got migraines from it.



and so are hundreds of other things that are completely legal for minors to use.

Gambling has a better chance of ruining your life before ODing on Caffeine (which is actually hard to do, unless you're suicidal but that's a different problem). JS.

Overall, there is no real way to stop it, but that doesn't mean just letting them do it is fine.

At this point it seems you genuinely don't care about the gambling. Instead you seem the only thing you want is to be right. If anyone else wants to challenge my opinion on something I'd be glad to reply, but at this point I'm not going to continue feeding into this persons pointless insults.

Funny, because the reason people are addicted to gambling is usually because of the adrenaline rush. I knew about that flaw in my argument, but you didn't catch it. Caffeine actually can lead to health problems. Sugar can be addicting, which may lead to an unhealthy consumption. It's not only addicting "if consumed at an unhealthy rate." Gambling doesn't ruin lives. Abuse of it does, but abuse of anything at all can ruin your life.

While the rush is the same, how you get it is two different things. One is simply risking your own life, is way safer. Much easier for a person to become addicted than the thrill seek, where you put other lives in danger.

Never said caffeine couldn't lead to a problem, every thing could as you've put it, but it's much less likely than gambling. Sugar only becomes addicting if the body makes it that way, and for it do that, it needs to be consumed at an unhealthy rate.

Abuse of anything can ruin your life, now you're just trying to end the argument to where we're both wrong, but you're right on that.

It's actually sad, I was enjoying myself for once outside of the anime section in awhile.  

What the **** is this argument? Kids shouldn't gamble for so many reasons but I'll just get into the extremely obvious ones that Yog won't even pay attention to.

1) Kids are literally ******ed compared to adults, their brains aren't fully developed so of course that's the case

2) You don't want to raise kids on addiction (Gambling) it'd be the same as giving a 12 year old crack, yeah that's a good idea. Before you say gambling and crack aren't even related I'm referring to the addiction aspect which they both contain, like 5hift tried to mention earlier

3) Gambling has been proven to have a terrible effect on the brain, and to give that to a child whose brain is still developing is a very terrible idea.
