If you play Zone you would know that I do no own Sangue anymore. I gave it to Dizz to give it to Adrien while I owned Coracao. Dizz died. This thread is not about Dizz, and I really do not want to hear any "oh wow, he died and all you care about is your squad" remarks. I've gotten those in the Zone sub-forum and I believe I have already justified my case.

I've sent multiple tickets. I've had multiple tickets sent from friends. I do not think that the problem lies with reasoning to believe that we are making this story up. They simply won't give us the squad back as there was no direct proof of intent that he would be giving the squad back.

Despite sending photos of a chat between Dizz and I recently showing how he was still following my orders, and that there was a direct conversation that Dizz and Adrien were planning to get on at a specific time to transfer the squad to her, there is still not ample evidence that Dizz would have given me the squad back in their eyes.

For anyone who bases, you know that even just a week without basing will throw your entire squad off balance. I have already given Coracao back to Poop in the case that they do transfer Sangue over, but with the intent that we base on the Sangue tag again... well nobody but me has powers. So we cannot really do much at the moment.

I find that as the founder of Currently Unavailable in 2012, later renamed to Sangue in 2013, the leader from 0 hours to 1000, and the overall head of the group that we have formed, it's clear that I should be given authority to handle MY squad. Apparently not.


Similar situations where someone owning a squad when they are not meant to permanently own it has occured before, on all the servers. What are we leaders supposed to do? Ask the people we sign our squads off to, to sign a document? No. This rule is flawed. Areus was never given back to the proper leader on Zone. In fact nobody in the squad currently even has the 1K hat. Dizz is dead. The squad essentially is now too without ownership.


I feel that if it is proven that the squad was given as a temporary thing, and like wasn't sold(which is illegal btw), the clear founder/head leader should be given authority. This would also apply to cases in which the current owner is inactive, or you know... dead.





If anyone was wondering, these have been the messages I have recieved from TS.

"Yet we are not allowed to transfer the ownership of the guild until the leader has been offline for at least 365 days or you bring prood of the reason. This is to ensure that you weren't going against someones will and simply take over the guild of someone who is on vacation or something similar. We hope you understand.

"it doesn't matter who owned the squad at what time for what reason, or who founded the squad or who spent the most time basing. It matters what the leader has to say right now or whom he wants to give it to. To be blunt, you are not the leader, I double checked inGame. The leader hasn't been on for a few days.

After 365 of the leaders inactivity we are allowed to disband the guild and then you are allowed to take the name. Yet you have no proof the leader intended you to have it back. So there is nothing we can do about it. Sorry about that."

I'd suggest talking to Chelt is your best bet...he might be all scary and mean on the outside but he's actually a reasonable person that will listen to you.  

I think that people are not understanding the reason for this thread. There's already a thread within the Zone sub forum for why I want Sangue back, this one is simply to adress the flaws in this TS rule for a change.

Btw, Chelt doesn't wanna handle this for me. Wants everything done through TS... which everyone knows is ebola. #CheltYUNoHelpWhenUrRightDere  

No, the rules are fine the way they are... it's just because you are imbecilic and don't understand how the world works. If you give a squad to another person, there is a chance that you won't get it back. You're out of luck, do you think anyone has the time to write up dumb-proof rules for Guilds/Squads?

I don't think there's anything wrong with giving a squad away. It's actually really efficient, especially if you base. The tragic part is that when doing this, people will take your guild. Sometimes because it's with the intent to keep it, sometimes they're just place holders who quit... or died. Its happened to NAL, Aureus, Obsidian... on both servers... GERS, TRS, Sangue, Rage, (blanking on so many guilds and gangs... Oh I've been playing Zone too long) didn't this even happen to VG?

The issue is that nobody cares about a noob squad getting lost. Most people just get over it and pay 2000 gralats. But us leaders take that risk of losing our squad whenever we give it to someone. Gave it to Taco once because I wanted them to keep basing... Lost my 2012 join date because someone kicked me. That really sucked. This is worse.

Gitaz I don't know if you've ever led a guild/gang/squad. There are many oppurtunities to give your squad away. That's the scariest thing for a leader. This isn't an imbecilic action. It's an action of trust. And if you want to promote fear in trusting people, that's you.

But this issue has been around ever since VG. There needs to be rights given to leaders when this sort of thing happens. Because it's happened to many of us. And will continue to happen.

Asher and I were talking and she gave a pretty good metaphor. If you lend your car to a friend, and then he robs a bank and goes to prison, you still get your car back. If a temporary owner never gets to give it back, the original leader should get their squad back.  

Post your evidence of You as Leader of the squad or the chat where he accepted that it wasn't perm the ldrship(Not just stuff like he get to base! 'ok boss' Post everything here so all community see and maybe if it links up at all you'll have more of a backing, but continuosly going on about it in this 'shut up, im leader,you should know me..It's mine!' manner isn't helping you if anything even if information is correct I wouldn't even give it back if was management, just so you'd learn a lesson from this.

@thread itself its good idea for a temp leader tag/that can do everything except disband/kickyou so wouldn't matter if they left.

If you give a squad/guild/gang whatever away, you will have to take the risk of maybe never seeing it again. It might be a scam, or it might be something sad like in this situation

Hahahahaha. You're funny. I never shut up. And I'm not even just replying to these posts since they're mine. I just reply to anything with new posts. Even if I had it I'd continue to talk about reform and wot not as long as other people are talking. But I did say to check the SKT Sangue facebook page @Chelterrar and @G Fatal for proof that I'm not just a random kid... I also literally own the Sangue facebook page... And the Sangue website... And I'm the only admin of the Sangue kik chat... And it's also clearly in the logs that I made the hat... and the squad... and I started the LeReali famiy name... and don't you think it's kind of obvious that I'm the leader since I'm the first in the squad... and am the only one with all powers...

Because this is an actual issue. JS.

I think people are just against me because they see that Dizz died and people only think I want the squad. That's not the case. I choose to show a lot of emotion on the public web sometimes. Sadness is not one of them. When I'm sad, it gets others sad. And I simpy don't want that. That why I refuse to justify myself over this. Not in public at least. Pm me and we'll talk. Like in any other circumstance I assure you that all of these plebs would agree with me that I should get the squad back. Being relevant to this thread though, I think that Tash had someone working on this. Was on ZPlay about having like a second leader. I don't know what happened to this. Maybe ask Pow Pow?

I think that if given proof that the guild wasn't just sold or something, the leader should be given a solid 3 days to ask for it back. If it's not given back, the management should do something like this.

If we allow people like Amer and Omar to get reset for only an 95% of doubt of stealing items, how are we letting people take squads when there are logs with direct pms and such which would point to scamming, disloyalty, etc etc.

Fun story- I once took NAL II. Tron trusted me. I was like the fourth member and I owned Domo. We were at 300 at the time I think. I kicked everyone for bants. Was I banned from the guild? Lol. Yes. But I gave it back. Didn't even need a threat. I could've done something with that guild. It was for bants. Tron had trust in me. I didn't want to ruin our friendship. I was banned from the guild but we stayed friends.

Leaders shouldn't be punished by getting stripped of their guilds for trusting someone else. That just promotes distrust within the community.

We need that insurance policy, that buffer, from the staff.


Totally not with the same context, but if someone was kicked... and say made/joined the squad on the first day that the game was out... and lost their join date... I feel like they should be given that back(ahem ahem Tash-"not important enough")... you know. In case that happens.

Just because you made everything Sangue doesn't make it qualified to get the squad, have you even got any pics of saying to him he can lend/borrow/lead for abit picture and him accepting this? or pics of you owning squad at anytime(preferably early basetime) as that's pretty much all you need to show.post here. @Colin-leave this thread its still valid over all graal servs.

VG never had a death in it's leadership. We once had the situation that a member died, and his sister told us about it. We held a funeral, etc, etc just to see him come on a year later being like "Hi guys what's up!" Aster was always the leader of Venus Gospel.

And about the car. You make a contract to buy this car. You don't make a contract to make a guild.

And I'm not gonna give around squads and transfers or anything without actual proof. To much scamming happening

That's what this thread is for. There should be a system on every server to protect rights. I'm surprised this hasn't even been brought up yet... considering how basing is a huge part of every server.

I think that Era might be headed towards some more gang rights doe. They've really been the only server that's changed with the guild format(other than Zone's alliance system... which all servers should get).

I don't think you have to. I know that TS doesn't read these forums(or probably don't I should say) but I don't see why they couldn't handle this, given a new rule. I also think they kinda need to loosen up on their "proof of intent" policy. Like once Adrien decides to read her texts I'm like 70% sure she has proof of Dizz literally saying to get on @x time to give the squad, showing intent to give it away, and I'd be able to get the squad from them- but if the whole fact that someone is still following your orders after giving them a better squad doesn't show that they're under your instructions and that the squad is still urs... well den... logic amiright?

Plus as MANY people have asked me in game... where dem logs at? If pig is afraid to talk about selling items for money over PM in case people see it why the fudge don't they check PMs when they're being told to hit it up? There was a clear conversation when I gave him the squad...

These are things that need to be established. Not even under this issue, but others. I feel like TS doesn't hit up them logs. Like wot if logs are all just a way to control us o.0 Like wot if the servers stopped recording them just because it's cheaper o.0. So many questions! Not enough answers! #RiotInTheStreets

or even like an in game forum of sorts thats only accesible to the squads? there squads could talk privately and there could be a log of the squad in there too. wow. this idea is great! it wouldve definitely saved my squad since I would always talk about every little nit picky update that occurs, such as why the lead change. We should add this. AND NEVER GET RID OF IT.
