Ol' West Questing & Storyline
Hello, I have been walking around Ol' West and getting a lot of ideas on what can be done to increase several factors that make players want to keep coming back for more. A full questing ecosystem throughout the server, alongside a storyline, would help a lot. I don't want to go into too much detail, though I know we can go a long way if we collectively get ideas and concepts together. There could even be new areas that require you to complete quests to get there. Maybe you can create a party, or group of players, that are able to do quests together that require several players to communicate and work together to accomplish tasks. It's very important to implement aspects that encourage the community to be a community. I'd just like to cause a spark here! |

If you really want to see this happen, I suggest you try and do it yourself. Ask and see if you can temporarily have staff access back to work on this at the very least!

Imagine logging into Ol' West and you gather a group of friends. You all hop on your horses and head for a certain quest location. You could be rounding up cattle, solving puzzles, it could be anything. I'd love to play more team-coordination-related material, I don't know about you all? The train (Is there a train on Ol' West still? I remember there was when I worked here) could be turned into a teamwork-building tower that requires you to work together to even get to the "Tower" aspect. Before you're aboard the train you can lasso onto it with some accuracy requiring lasso and swing from your horse onto it and go inside. |

Anyone else click on this thread just cause its alpho? lol but anyways thats a cool idea and i wish the ol west staff would work it out and get big updates more often since the last big update is idk  I remeber the thread where like 20 ideas were posted that a lot of people liked, but the admins dont do anything players want
