How do you know which npcs that give candies?

they have a candy emote, a costume of some sort, and have the guild tag (Trick or Treat)  

anyone else having issues connecting to the pc client, it keeps timing out for me

Seems to, I used the taco hat and it asked if I wanted some but left before i could say yes

Yeah I am on the fb client and It won't let me on rip  

Can we get a showcandy command? Would be very useful  

fb client won't load anything for me as well, just a blank screen

Ah that explains why the server is way less laggy lol

You can use any of the previous years Taylor Richaards costumes as well as any costumes the trick or treaters wear. (and also costumes that are for sale at TR now obv.)

What about skeleton outfit from 2013 or whenever it was?

And i've just walked around the whole of the map and haven't seen anyone to give candy to.

it's the phrases you say when you use the candy basket. Most of them probably havent figured out how it works yet
