It will revive sparring and possibly—and I'm reeeaalllly hoping— even make GSing at BA active througout the season (assuming GS wins reward points).

This is mostly just speculation, but it's all educated guessing based on evidence:

PK, BK, spar, GS, fort time will reward Guild Points
Guild Points can be exchanged for rewards
Kicking members or members leaving will result in a large loss of Guild Points (to promote loyalty and put an end to "noob recruiting")
To accompany the above, the roster limit will be increased (estimated to 50)

Can't remember much else off the top of my head, but you get the idea.

I don't think that Dusty is working on the NGS, but Fp4 could leak something again, it's been a while
