Toonslab Support in a Nutshell
>gets some facebook error that isn't my fault, but theirs >gets told to use another browser >tries different browser, different facebook account and even a vm >gets told to go to era.graalonline.com (yes it's about era but rn i'm talking about the support not era itself) >explains the problem, including whatever the hell i tried (including using a different browser) >gets asked to use a different browser (wth) >submits another ticket that probably got ignored also it seems that you must wait about a damn week to be able to submit a ticket from an email you've already used unless you wanna waste your time making a very detailed ticket and have it get ignored, at least that's what happens to me |
