i recently got back into graal and ol west is my favorite server / home so i got on and started pking and just playing, then i started basing and was going for gangpoints and i realized i wasn't getting them per minute, i dont think per each kill is fair because if theres 10+ people in a base and 5 or so are attacking not everyone in the gang is going to get a GP for being in the base and helping defend,

obviously my opinion doesnt matter much to the server but i say theres a vote or something for either it changed back to GP per minute or it goes to you get GP for kills and 1 per minute again...

 

Per minute - AFK farm, PK - makes players earn it while defending/attacking or just naturally pking. Should of been PK points from start than whoever plays for a decade(afk) inside base gets OP weapons.

so if you want an decent staff you have too get 20k kills. and half of the time the base isnt even being attacked so sitting in it isnt earning you anything but hours for the gang

I have never been a fan of the GP system however i Found it very chocking that people got op weapons for ideling in a base, atleast the new system makes people earn it. However it was to late to change the system since it now gets unfair for the people that actullay earns the items since it is much harder for them to obtain something that most of the people got for free.

The best thing would of been either to keep the system as it was and nerf the items since they where so easy to earn or they could of changed the system and make a new go coin with another room so people could earn the new items. However having all those currency's isn't really a good thing.

Gp is fine now i dont have to listen to hs scrubs complain about it anymore. Shouldve reset everybodys gp tho, nerf all the current gp items and added new ones equal to hs items  

would be cool if we had a "assist" system, so instead of getting the last hit on someone and getting the gp, it can be it u hit him u get maybe .5 or 1 gp

Put gang points in gang spar or make the new gp from point for new items and old gp timer for gp items.

i like the idea of just adding new ones and nerfing the old but, why not just add a multiplier like if you have a streak of lets say 10 you earn 2gp per kill, 50 - 5gp per kill, 100 - 10gp per kill...idk something to encourage people to attack more.

true because a lot of people could just sit in a base and pretty much get an item equivalent to a 45 horseshoe staff. i think they should change back and nerf the items but... haha

true because i get a lot of assists some time and annoys me whenever i attack them a lot but then they get the final shot.

Both have fairly large downsides, hows about keep the kills but maybe make it more gp per kill?? Just because defending a base when no one is attacking is pointless as already pointed out... Or perhaps there could be a vary between bases? Some have the kill system and others have the Gp/min system?

Gp/min system will never come back in any form btw found out these forums are useless the other day bunch of sheriffs told me staff can care less what community thinks basically.

Yeah that is a big issue with this server.

Most of the staff members don't even check the forums anymore....
