Well, Stephane had a live dev stream earlier today (along with a few other devs). They were showing off some concept stuff. I'm not sure about their model tbh, looks weird

thats pretty nice if you are going for the typical noob character might want to make him more chubby looking i think that the other noob character you didnt make looks similar to the pixel version with the body type and stuff just needs more details maybe and quality improvement if they are going for it i think it will be pretty nice

I don't think they're gonna end up using "realistic" hats though. They usually try to stick with "cute, simple, cartoony" style
Probably a "wind waker" look
