Yes! But no matter what your problem is, It being a problem with a person, Money, Anything. Your response will be "Sorry cannot unban you at this time". Even if your problem has nothing to do with being banned.

They wrote me two paragraphs explaining the reason why I recieved that false ban and they unbanned me too. They always read your ticket but, if they don’t have to reply they won’t. For example, if you was banned because you was harrasing a player then they won’t respond to your ticket and they will keep you banned. If you was banned for a false reason, they might reply (it depends on the situation) if a reply isn’t necessary then they will just unban you without writing anything back. |

The few times I did contact Toonslab support I've always gotten a reply back and got my problems resolved(Purchases, Account bug, etc). It's been like over a year now since I last contacted Toonslab or even really played the game though |

Didn't get any answer about why my main account gets banned from joining guilds for an alt account that owned a guild called (I eat adiamins) which even had admins in it x_x

Yeah, I've sent numerous tickets for my guild ban which is annoying the hell out of me but hey the devs are jerks to me either way lol. They never answer. They even threatened to terminate my account once due to my 'excessive ban history' even though some of the bans I did nothing wrong, same with a bunch of warnings. I just really dislike them in general and their greed. I still hold a grudge against Pharaoh the admin for blocking me when I was asking him for help or something. Mashboyellis and Snow Noob are my favorable admins and Milo doesn't usually reply |
