Presumably this project is to stay separate from all existing servers, and is to be on its own client. Otherwise I'm sure this is going to have huge backlash from the community

This current Graal 3d and the old graal3d client are horribly different. They can't even be compared. The old 3D Client was using Torque3D, while the new client is Unity3D.

Maybe but then i'm led to believe the Unity 2d client is made to replicate the old client in every single way soooo :p

Really because I thought it was ported to unity in a way that it is identical to the old client except on the backend where it's all far more accessible to anyone who knows how to work unity  

I hope they give game actual content other than Pk, Spar, Basing, RP. If not I'm not playing it. When is early access?

Well, now that it's 3D and the style of that one specific game that "inspired" GraalOnline Classic 2D is gone with the shift in dimension, the game now has a unique style in 3D form.

I mean, I feel Graal could probably get away with it. Things can be similar and not get copyrighted. But there must be a good difference between them which I feel Graal has enough of in differences assuming 3D would be like Classic,Era,West,ect.But this is Nintendo afterall... They are pretty sue happy, Will even try to take down videos of gameplays of their game's, Or they'll take 90% of any ad-revenue you'd get or even more, So I wouldn't push it.

More so surprised they're using unity more than anything right now, given how crappy that game engine has proven to be, Especially MMO ones, But i guess it is better than Torque3D, Which is somewhat an improvement i suppose? gonna wait to see how buggy this'll be, Maybe first good unity game in a while idk

This is what I'm concerned about, I really hope they do something different which makes me genuinely want to play it.
If they have no new gameplay elements then you might aswell play something like Maplestory 2 as it already offers everything graal has.

I hope you don't actually think this is possible in graal's current state or maybe even ever  

Watch them release this game in like 2025, or never. Don’t get your hopes high up. Also it would look kinda ugly with the custom uploads. Just drop that. Don’t know how they will manage to make custom edited uploads fitted without making it blocky, blurry and cheap.To be honest, I don’t feel like this game will be relevant as the 2D platform.
