I had two very old statues disappear from my guild house overnight. They were both statues from the old Belle Island Art Museum (~2011-2012). Only these have gone missing and nothing else, they were not refunded or sold or anything, so I don't really know what happened but is there anyway to fix that and get them back?

Summoning seems to be slightly broken, I don't know how to replicate but it's not working very well. I'm on PC it may be related to the WebGL update. It's really iffy right now could also be Christmas lag...  

Was anyone elses' guild house template completely changed without being aware? Came back to the game and somehow my guild house was not the template that I had chose from years ago. A lot of my furniture were also placed in my inventory(700 pieces), or they're either missing. I'm not sure if the server had a recent update but my guild house is the one that's featured in the appstore photo.. will post old pictures of exterior/interior if I can get on my old devices. I hope there's a backup somewhere as I have also lost all of my 5 year anniversary balloons from 5 years ago with this bug lol.. 🤦

I'm not sure what's going on but I only experience this on PC so I'm posting it here.

As you can see in this gif, the bushes in my house don't seem to regenerate on my laptops client yet on my phone it works perfectly fine. The bushes only regenerate if someone not on pc picks them up. Leaving and entering doesn't respawn them either.

This hadn't happened to me for a while but I think I figured out one of the causes. I was sword farming in my house for 10 minutes just now and everything worked correctly until I hopped on my mount to make it a bit quicker. If you play on pc and hold down d or f while autofarming on a mount it rapidly eats up all the bushes as you go past them on the conveyor belts. Does it maybe eat them too quickly causing them to bug out?  

Does this always happen with mirrors reflecting custom tilesets and/or can this be fixed?

Fixed. It's not as instant as it used to be but it works with custom tilesets. Will update the reflection whenever you stop moving it.

Mirrors will always be a hard thing to create in video games  

I’ve been having this head bug for a long time. Whenever I apply the head and exit the profile out, It gives me a default one. I contacted three admins and they told me that it would be fixed. I emailed https://support.toonslab.com/ and no one came to help still ( I understand they’re busy) but I’m sure it’s just a broken upload that I can’t wear ☺️

PM me your id from Feedback here on the forums or message my staff account in-game and I'll take a look at the broken head. It's possible someone refunded it for you but forgot to remove it, but either way I'll take care of it!

I got over 50 pks and over 50 baddy kills, but on the leaderboard it still says I need over 50 to be ranked against my friends.

This is actually a bug caused by your flag being glitched. If you look on you profile you most likely have the blue default flag. Apparently reinstalling your game fixes it. Ive found that logging onto pc and then back on iphone will fix it. Vice versa if you’re a pc player.  

idk if its a error but I notice my japanese foods are not in the food folder, and also theres still other items that hasn't sorted into folders for long time

Some people are experiencing a glitch in guild chat where all messages from everyone will shoe in GC as "(You are currently blocking them)", even if none of these people are blocked.

There is also someone else with a similar but slightly different issue in that messages from others work fine but messages he sends show the "(you are currently blocking yhem)" on his own messages.

Both say it is not 100% of the time but has been very frequent today.
