1. A green notification popup. It will simply know how many messages are being sent in WC.

2. List the number of people in world chat, so people know there is someone to talk to.  

Cool idea. I don't like the first one very much though.

How come? No one will use it if they don't know people are talking... I mean, maybe it could show something else other than the number of messages?  

Can't you just go on, see if anyone is talking, then go off? And I don't really understand what the Green Notification is for, exactly.  

Personally I think world chat should be a feature in which you pay 1,000 gralats that sends a mass pm to all players with world chat enabled. Of course you'd be able to turn it off if you don't want the pms, but I see no reason as to why there even is a chat room. No one uses it anymore anyways

Never mind then, it was just to make people aware that others are talking.

I gues so because you will still recieve information even though it´s minimized. Just like on a computer. But I don´t think that it will lag that much.
