I think it would be fine if the person who's account you are merging is okay with it. But then again there is no way to check.  

My friend had apparently merged the two accounts of hers and her friends together without her friends permission and got banned. Yeah, it was wrong she took the account, but I'm looking back at Rufus' quote saying:

Warning: only approve the access for trusted people, your are responsible for what is done with your account.

You are responsible, but at the same time staff are supposed to help for an account that you chose to lend a friend and trusted with which is your own fault.

That's really unfair because there are people who have gotten away with it. One person I know at the top of my head is Nuno if you know him. It really shouldn't be allowed though, but since others have done it, it's not right to ban others. Rules on iClassic need to be stated somewhere...

Staff are not supposed to help if account sharing is something that is deemed as acceptable, this is the whole point. You can either share accounts and deal with your own problems or you can not share accounts and get banned for doing so. You'll not find an MMORPG that allows or offers support for those that are sharing accounts. It isn't about the money, it's because it is difficult to offer support for.

• Someone sells their account to another player, decides they want it back a month later. What are staff supposed to do here? It is difficult to scope proof that the account was sold. The only indication is the activity on the account, but this proves very little.
  
  
• Someone shares their account with their friend, it gets banned because of that friend. We've all heard the excuses, and the original account owner will not be unbanned for this reason. If sharing is acceptable then it opens up to a whole journey of excuses like this.
  
  
• Someone shares their account with a friend, decides to give their farm or transfer their account to someone/somewhere else. How do you define the ownership of content if the content is being shared? Again, this is not something that can be dealt with and leads to more problems.
  
  
• A newer player is scammed out of their account with the promise of becoming staff or the other popular methods. The player could be lying and using this excuse for a bad trade, or they could have legitimately been scammed. Are the staff supposed to deal with issues when doing things like this is regarded as legal?

Account sharing, account selling, account lending, blah blah blah, it is all wrong. The e-mail that you get should not say what it does because it introduces crap like the above. Mixed messaging!!

There was one who did in this case. Same person who got Voyage back for Kendema. I quote from the persons status directly (In-game named is "Squiggles"):

I don't know the full story. I've been asking both Sour and Squiggles about it and it's hard to understand the situation. Now obviously I don't think I should contact the staff who did this since it seems like a personal matter, but according to Squiggles he did offer support in getting her account back.

I have similar problem going on with my account.
I emailed them to transfer my account month ago, but they never did it for me. I tried to transfer my account, because it wasn't actually mine. My situation is more intricated. I had a friend in the middle school when I was in ESL and he recommended to me about graal. So I started in August which I was in vacation heading to the Florida, because it was too boring and hot. I don't know anything about this game and never played any game before. I start off with non-vip and I like how they communicate without any pressure. Soon as I bought many items, my ESL friend told me to identify myself using VIP, but I notice they will send a junk pile of mails to me. So I told him I don't need it, he suggested me that he can borrow his email. Of course, it was too good for me. I can make any troubles, nothing to worry about. Who knew I would play this game over a year? It was completely wrong we are now both in high school freshman, he is still in ESL. Well, I find out that they don't send any extra mails by making a second account, that means he lied to me. I feel uncomfortable afterwards and just want to transfer my account to my email.

Because it is a online world. All crapsituations happens in the online community. I think that is why this forum made for. So we can share ideas, solve any issues and problems all that stuff.

Telling people that you can't do something does not mean that they aren't going to.

Believe it or not, there's a few people who have a little morale. But a good purpose for publishing graal rules is so that players can't argue that they shouldn't have been banned. It would would also serve as Graal Polices' guidelines of what deserves a ban or not. Some GPs ban for reasons (sometimes ridiculous reasons) that a different GP would not ban for. (for example different GPs say different things about certain tower blocking situations)

Mmm.. Online produce all the causes like email sharing/lending, forum reduces the causing of anger by solving our problem, but you are just saying it's all wrong because it's illegal then why is this an online game?  

Just do a website yourself and don't give a flying bullet to what the others say. If Rufus thinks it's a waste of time, you don't have to think the same eh.
Of course, account sharing could bring up all those problems you states Rufus, but you could use it perfectly for a website which explains you the problems of account sharing.

Well..uh Rufus already said everything. In my opinion, I don't think they should get banned for transferring accounts unless if the other player was selling the account to them for irl money. Also if they hacked it too. For all the players that have merged accounts, if they were your friend, why would you even take their accounts even if they "quit"? Seriously, you obviously care more about your stats than your friends >:|.
