Cosidering the only thing that the gun is a 30 clip I would say that would only thing that would be changed. I have seen this gun been overwhelmed many times so it isn't as OP as you think. The time intervals that bullets pass by is pretty fast leaving gaps pretty narrow for you to escape but can be avoided if you are very observant. If the clip was changed and people use tap conservation of bullets would then be key to the gun maybe 18 clip is something that could be considered not 12 mostly all 12 clips are bad now

Thats a dumb statement. Any gun can be overwhelmed just the number of people it takes to overwhelm them varies
The 18 clip would still be OP for this gun. It would still be dealing out noticably more damage than all the other guns in one clip. Plus it would still be very good at suppression and still excel in any combat situation. Notice how other guns with 18 clips are still boss at spamming poision vine, grass gun, plasma chaingun, and more. Thats the issue at hand. The 12 clip is mandatory, no more no less. 12 since this way you will be forced to play this gun conservative and only should be spamming in the one vs one situations since it takes 7 shots to kill one person. It would be like playing with the snow rifle. Thats what this gun should play out like. Since that gun has a massive learning curb to it with very high rewards for learning it. You must play that weapon very conservativly and only release the full spamming abilities that gun has if you have one target locked and its a 1v1.  

On the contrary 18 is more suited knowing that a portion of zones population. Has a 18 clip gun and are more used to it. Giving the rippers a 12 clip and knowing that tap is awell used method for some players would make it horrible . Bullets would be gone before you knoow it and that would just be bad. Especially for Spar

thats the whole point of the 12 clip. the whole point of it is that your getting a gun with the fastest time to kill along with the highest damage per seconds. Even with an 18 clip there would still be no drawbacks. 12 clip makes it so you have to think before spamming. With an 18 clip you can still spam away. 12 clip would also discourage people from using the APRs and thats the main issue. Too many people are using them since there the best guns and combat is slowly evolving into era of the gangs with the most APRs will win. Like this morning is a great example. I noticed 10 people on conquest and im all like holy **** im going. I went in and wittnessed that it was obs vs myst. Second thing i noticed is Obs had 4 people running APRs and Myst only had 1 APR. Obs ended up kicking their ass because they outgunned the crap out of myst since they had 4APRs and myst had only 1 APR.

While I think dodging is easy, it is hard in that environment.  

The highest price on a gun shouldn't make it the godly gun. If a gun is 900k, it shouldn't be the god of all guns. It should either have a certain niche where it dominates the most, or it's -slightly- better than the rest. Otherwise you'll be getting into the problem Era had with its legendary weapons:

Best RoF
Insanely large clip compared to their counter-part
Lowest freeze possible
Highest damage outside of the Neorifle and Crizen
Amazing spread
Super fast reload
etc.

These guns were unbeatable and cost a good 1.2mil+ as well as being limited. Because of that, anyone doing a raid was usually mowed down by 1 or 2 of these and it completely ruined the entire game until Venom stepped up and removed them, as well as balancing guns so combat would be a bit slower.

too add onto this, iera did the exact same mistake by releasing the BAR. the APRs its safe to say is the BAR of zone since it gives the exact same advantages as the BAR and theres no learning curb to the BAR and APRs
