You may also want to try making sure your computer is getting proper ventilation, its fans are working properly, and it isn't dusty.

Also, get an Antivirus. It's a little silly not to have one! The community here can probably suggest a few. I personally use SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes. I should really get BitDefender though.
If you're unsure about downloading a file or visiting a site, a site called Virustotal can help you. Simply sending a link or uploading a file will yield results from several anti-viruses.  

I was once playing a piano connected to the laptop,video calling on skype,sharing music on skype(by a 3rd party application),browsing,playing graal,downloading programs on Chrome and Utorrent...and out of the blue i got the blue(get it?) screen of death...

I had to boot it with the win7 DVD and do a system restore.

Point being,don't put your PC under too much load or you will end up with a blue screen.

Yeaaa. I don't know what the noises would be. Perhaps it could be your hard drive. My grandma's sounded like a coffee maker at one point. It had to much stuff on it and needed BAD defraging. Can you pinpoint the location of the sound at all?

I don't know. It just sounds like it's coming from the back of it. It's an all-in-one computer so there's no big box. I don't think you can fix those kind of computers.

Also, a coffee maker is probably a better thing to compare the sound to. It's like a quieter noise similar to a keurig coffee machine starting up.

Sounds like a messed up fan, or worse-case scenerio, your hard drive going bad. A messed up fan is easy to fix and could be causing overheating issues and causing a bsod(blue screen of death), However a faulty hard drive is a bigger issue. Either way this issue needs to be addressed by your parents, and neither would be an issue you caused, just hardware failing.

Can all-in-one computers be fixed? I don't think so.

I think I might have downloaded something that wasn't good around a year ago. I downloaded something that was supposed to give me my photos from my iPad back (I was desperate), but now I get pop-ups on my computer when it starts up saying "issues found: 2453543
Security issues: 3454353"

Is this actually a problem or are they trying to get me to buy their antivirus thing? I think the thing is called "PC Clean Maestro". I just ignore the messages all the time.

Try using Ccleaner...it's full version is piad but you can always torrent it.

You should probably change them regardless.
An interesting password-making tip I came across is to think of a password, then simply type the letter next to it. This explanation kind of sucks, so let me show you an example.

"Fantasy" would become "fsmysdu". I'm typing the letter right next to each respective letter. Throw in a few numbers and it's all good!
