I had a lucid dream in which my parents were murdered. I woke up within the dream, establishing the fact that it actually happened. Then I woke up to reality. Scariest night of my life.

My most recent one, I thought I never moved to Australia, and was half way through the school year back home. It was extremely unusual, I really liked it anyway. When I woke up, I was so convinced that I should of been in New Zealand, and so confused I had a minor panic attack. Then I realized it was just a dream, and I hadn't teleported. I also had one when my Father died, and then I got Leukaemia

One time I don't know what happened it isn't a lucid dream or a dream at all, more like a vision. One day I was just standing thinking about stuff and all of a sudden my eyes blinked and I could see the whole World with my eyes. A second later I blinked and came back to my ordinary view. Scared the crud outta me. |

Oops. Not sure why I stated it was a lucid dream - maybe because every post contained the word 'lucid' multiple times. My mistake.

A lucid dream is a dream which in you enter the dreaming state yet you realize it. You can control most of the things that you want to control within also. But there is always a problem in a lucid dream tha makes you angry and then you forgot about it but if you do a reality check, you're back in control

Normal dreaming is fine for me, thanks. They can turn pretty nasty pretty quickly.

I might've come close to having one of these. One night, I had woke up. This happened normally so I had some water then went to go back to sleep. But I couldn't sleep. Yet, I felt as if I was drifting off slowly. My eyes were wide open yet I felt myself sleeping. I was fully aware of all of this while it was happening too. Sleep Paralysis, I had told myself. Slowly I felt as if I was losing control of my body. I couldn't feel myself from the waist down and could barely budge the waist up. It progressed and reached my chest. I started shaking what I could to free myself. While all of this was happening, it felt like I was falling. Or rather, being dragged. Into an endless free fall without movement. I started hearing whispers (is that normal?). I was terrified. I began to shake my head even more violently yet it barely budged. Doing anything I could manage to free myself from this. Eventually, I shook myself free. I was sweating. I haven't felt so terrified in such a long time. Yet, I've always wanted a lucid dream. Not that stupid sleep paralysis crap. |

That's creepy it's has the symptoms of a lucid dream yet it's a horrible uncontrolable nightmare.
