well that lined digging wasnt planned when developed,

Why is it that a shell becomes stealable after a set time, rather than the oriinal player's proximity to the shell? I suggested this a while ago, but it really doesn't matter.

It's a nice idea, but what if, for some reason, the player was warped and wanted to retrieve their shells after that had happened? They've then lost a bunch of shells after an event happened that was out of their control.
