So what I am getting is, you cannot play events because you already won because it's all about the hat and not the fun of the event?
Okay, sparring guilds cannot participate in GST tournies if they already won since they got a hat and because sparring isn't fun.
Basing guilds cannot base after their base hat because that's all people care about.

If you win but already have the hat, they should still announce on broadcast that you won, but say the hat was given to the person closest to winning that doesn't have it yet.

Why is this a conversation again? It's simple, the events are not for the prize, but for fun. If the player with the hat wins, good for them! I'm sick and tired of this coming up.

if you have any friends that have the power to host events ask them to do some events without any prizes and then come back and tell me people do the events for fun.

People play events for prizes. If an Admin plays an event without the prize it wouldn't be as popular as the event for the prize

Problem is that people are getting butthurt that someone who already has the hat wins, so they are taking someone else's prize. If you played era it was like when people were leaving events after they won so no one would get the EC or whatever.

how hard is it to win events in zone they have 20 players at a time

the main event they do in iclassic is find the admin and idk whats so fun about that. trivia is just a way for admins to give the hats to their friends.
