Done some more work on the Graal Viewer..
Anyway updating is a lot easier now.
When you launch it will check for updates.
If one is available it will ask you if you want to download it, if you click yes it will replace your current file with the newer version and keep the same file name.
Once you download the original copy from here you won't have to worry about updating it manually again.

It's really good, except some hats don't work for me.

I recommend adding shields.

But would you mind posting a few hats that don't work here so I can try to figure out why?  

Could you show all the sprites together please? For testing how body's and heads and hats work together? This would have been so usefull for when I made the voidbeast  

I was actually thinking of doing like a multi option in the settings with like Sit, Grab, Idle etc.

Just another update.
I have finished implementing Higbeys idea which I had started on prior to the mention.
Anywho if you don't already have a copy head to here to get a copy.
If you do have a copy at least v1.7 with the help menu implemented, simply launch it and it should offer to update it's self.

Anyway I have tested a fair few hats and am yet to find one that doesn't work.
If you find one that doesn't work please post it here.  

You should make the update system automatically open up the default browser to the website to download the update.
