Yep.... emailed stefan about a week ago because i was told by multiple staff that he was the only one who could help me but no reply.

Well we gave it a shot....unfortunately your other account being inactive for 2 years and having udid faker made your merge a bit more complicated. Sending that info to the email as we discussed is your best bet. Sorry I wasn't able to process.

Eh, I appreciate your time, considering you are so far the only one to help me. I'm trying to collect all the info I can about the account before sending an email.
