Well no there shouldnt be a quest where you get healing item for free. thats unfair people have paid for them.So far all you have said about your quest that you want to make it so basically you havent started making a quest

Already came up with storyline, connections, the basis, the item, also considering people that got meditate have a different rarer version than this healing item and they got it before this healing item will ever be released I say it's more than fair for them.  

How would this healing item work? If it just generates health without you having to do anything, it would make all the current forms of healing useless.

Not necessarily. Pots are faster and people would still run to them instead of meditating at .5 if they are close to them. Same with MoD healing orb. People would use burgers because you can use them in direct combat and they are more effective and faster and stronger... Nobody uses beds as a means to heal much anyways. Mabye SOMETIMES at dw...

I already discussed the default horse being given free at balamb, and the 2 people mounting should be for all mounts.

There's nothing wrong with either of these items.

The single horse mouny takes maybe 1h to get if you farm after the 500gralat bonus from the intro checklist. The two person mount may affect gameplay but does not affect balance at all. Two people on two horses is more powerful then two people on a two person mount.  

2 person mount isnt OP but it is sort of scummy, nevertheless. Pay to get cooler items. Tricking you into buying gralat packs, but hey, graal is just a buisness afteralll.

Boohoo, noobs cant run around at bush 5 and people payed money for that and personally if anything the armored panda should be buffed... Its ARMORED...

But then iClassic would be stripped down to sword-shield-bow-bomb. I, for one, like the option to buy items, and I can't see iClassic turning into iEra any time soon.

we can still get items and we will, but they wont and shouldnt be sold. earned or found.

people also pay virtual money (gralats) to get actual buffs in 99% of games, so a ARMORED. Panda that makes your health 6 or so isnt that bad..
