This is the second time in the past two months my account has been banned from classic for things I didn't do. First it was a week long ban now a 90 day long ban and it's all because of some kid who has his graal linked to my account. After the first ban I had revoked access but yet again, it happened. I hadn't even been online the entire day. So, now to the main point in this post. Two weeks ago I sent an email to [email protected] (or whatever it is you're supposed to send it to) and still have not recieved a single message back. This happened in the past when I had sent a ban appeal for a friend and did not recieve a single email back. (Note he did not have an email and the appeal I sent were his words, not mine.) I would really like to know why my email hasn't probably been looked at for the past two weeks.

There needs to be a clear list of rules somewhere, like the Information Kiosk. It'd help cut down on bans if people actually knew what is and is not allowed.

It's called using logic. Just don't cuss and don't hack/cheat don't do idiotic things. Literally that's it. There doesn't need to be a specific guideline, that's the awesome part of Graal that there is in actuality a lot of freedom. Some people abuse these things though. I remember when you could do anything on Graal Classic. No cuss filter no nothing. But look at us now, were slowly getting caged in, and this is fault of all the immature people who can't handle the responsibility of cussing and just playing the game like a normal person.  

Well if u cant get your ban reversed i hear lowes is hiring

- Don't verbally harass people
- Don't say anything sexual
- Don't abuse bugs
- Don't hack
- Don't boost your statistics
- Don't unfairly disrupt gameplay (ex. lag blocking)
- Don't scam people
- Don't evade bans
- Don't spam reports with non-existent problems

That's literally everything you can get banned for; you're welcome.

oh wait you forgot

-No lagging into black walls and not immedietly unsticking yourself
-No blocking the hall door in snow tower
-No blocking people using water
-No Internet Solicitation (FFM, KIK, stuff like that ive had friends get month bans for)
-No guild pics of yourself or people in general
-No pretending to be admin
-No using real world money to pay people
-No taking people into places like snowtown with 2p mount who don't have lantern/drasine. Its true.
-You literally can't even troll new players on Belle Island without getting an immediate ban

& everything else I missed AKA A rule I am yet to break and am unaware about but will end up breaking in the future and getting banned for it.

I got banned for 9000 hours for "multiple bans" and must've been reset at least 5 times all the way back to 9000 hours, while I can't even play the game like okay then. I need a long break from this game anyways.

Let me give you some advice...

Yes that would be harassment. If you feel someone is not doing their volunteer job "properly" then you can PM someone higher in the food chain(more advice, higher ups don't pay too much attention to noob complaints FYI)

No they wouldnt.They dont need an evidence.They just do what they want to and thats "one less happy peep wouldnt hurt,would it"...
