The infection number has already greatly surpassed those numbers.

Obviously. Infection rates grow exponentially. The point is, one person in the US isn't cause for panic and conspiracy theories.

Also the CDC specifically said that the half a million prediction by January was done assuming no aid would step in.

So quick to judge.. I doubt he knew he'd been in contact with ebola. The government most likely ran multiple tests on him, yet he still hasn't admitted to being in contact, and investigators still haven't found any lies. He has been cooperative, and so far he thinks the closest thing to being in contact was when he helped a sick pregnant woman into the hospital. The next morning she died after showing symptoms of Ebola.

He lied XD HOW WOULD HE NOT KNOW, he said he was in contact with an ebola patient once he was hospitalized.

Yeah, just because Ebola rates are increasing exponentially now doesn't mean they won't magically disappear tomorrow. Imprint should probably be fired as moderator for making such a dumb comment as that.

He lied XD HOW WOULD HE NOT KNOW, he said he was in contact without once he was hospitalized.

From what I heard, he went to the hospital because he felt sick. He was given antibiotics and sent home. 2 days later he went in again more severe and was admitted. That's when it was confirmed he had ebola.

yeah they figured out he lied about being in contact with an ebola patient during his visit to africa  

a guy in dallas apparently died of ebola earlier.  

He went to the hospital and he was upfront about have been returning from the country, the nurse did not follow protocol and diagnosed him as having a cold.

Later on after have been noticed of having Ebola, he wasn't given the vaccine that was used to save the two other americans but rather a new test drug they had come up with that failed.

Some people speculate this treatment occurred because he was black but eh who knows
