Let made the queue system better ?
Hey guys I know this is a topic that has been bashed over and over again , but as it stands I don't think majority isn't in favour of the way the current system works... My idea for the queue system is to have a mini 4 question game when the queue message is sent out. This would introduce a game related question to the player and 4 tick box answers of wich one would be correct , players who get the question wrong would not get into the queue and players who get it right would be placed into the queue. This would make the queue significantly smaller a lot of the time giving players a higher chance to enter the event in exchange for their game expirience and knowledge. Furthermore I believe this would also encourage other players to learn more about the game in order to enter events. Questions for this system could be anything but preferably always game related suck as " what's the npc name in ...", " which town is the horse racing set in " ,"where is the blob baddie most commonly found " ," how much does the bomb vendor cost " ...etc Feel free to share your ideas on how you this the event system could be improved in your opinion |

So Trivia event before you get into an event? This should just be implemented more often in the tutorial anyway, however it is fairly pointless information knowing the names of NPCs that don't actually have any use in game. Doesn't interest me imo, I personally feel this is unnecessary and is basically another way to get more experienced players - like yourself - into an event. |

Just leave the current queue system how it is, anyway sometimes theres portal doors u can find which offers the bigger chance than the queue anyway. The Current queue system is at random so it works fairly

doesn't seem fair for other new players imo, majority of those who would probably get in would be experienced players. the newer players would be kinda left out

I just think that entering an event shouldn't be as imposible as it is , specially as its one of 4 ( currently 3 ) only things to interactively play on graal. It would be nice if you queue up and don't get in your account would get a point , the more points a player had the more likely they are to be chosen for an event and once they are their points reset back to base value, but that's been suggested before so I'm just trying give it a different aproach. It's just annoying , this year I've been able to get into 2 event so 2 event in 9 months, that's longer than waiting for a gst to happen... And for a player like me who's played the game for a while there's simply nothing to do apart from sparing to add to your meaningless spar wins number. |

You have the same chance entering an event from doors, so don't say "it's impossible." The only difference is with a door player experience is rewarded in finding it, but that also means the only players who got to play events were the same handful of players. That's why there were players with lots of event hats, and some players who never even got to play an event. And let's not mention the fact there were guilds specifically created to farm event hats and they were very efficient at it. But that's besides the point, doors have been allowed for staff for a while but I don't think they use them often because of the complexities of setting up multiple doors. Would be interesting to maybe allow cookies to be used to "fast-pass" the event queue, putting you at a high priority. This would give greater purpose to cookies, which are used to reward players that contribute positively to the game. |

But now as the competitive side of it has been almost completely watered down , and I'm assuming it wasn't meant to appeal majorly competitive in the first place, which is why I imagine the system work with no bias as it does now then it would be nice to have any sort of way to boost your chances, the cookie idea is great. However I don't know if staff still give cookie out regularly , I mean the only time I've ever got a cookie was when I directly messaged for xor directly reporting a game bug ( I think ), besides that I've reported numerous hackers and such in the arena but I've never got a cookie from that so If it was implimented I think that we should be hinted at what sort of actions we can do for the community to acquire them. Last point I wish to make is the about the chance of getting into an event currently , I used the word imposible but I really meant was stupidly slim chance. I mean the player base is growing , now we have say 4 k players online of which I imagine at least 2.5 k queue up , this gives you a 1.28% chance of getting into the event. This percentage will get smaller and smaller as the player base grows and more people begin to get involved , therefore I don't personally believe the system is sustainable to cater for an expanding player base. Additionally a big majority of the time I see the event chance being hosted which significantly narrows your chances of winning every more ( which by the way I believe this event should be removed as your a please basically playing a bigger version of it when you queue up ) |

Anyone remember when they would run like 3-4 events at one time when multiple admins were online to host, causing you to have to choose which one to try for? That was awesome.

They should make it admins host normal events, and there is that 'first 25 to click' gets a somewhat common event hat.? Have someone do one of these every 2 hours or something.
