Probably not, it's written in VB:/  

I am not able to make it compatible with mac at this stage unfortunately.
But I might learn a little C# and then it might be a possibility.

I have VB Studio and I want to try to edit it though... I've started vb just last month.  

I may give the source code out to a few people.

At the current moment, no.
Later down the track I may port it, not sure yet.
But I don't actually own a Mac to test it on.
Not sure.
