The way you stated your original statement basically made it sound like you blame Africa for this. "Africa=extinction". As if Africans want this to happen, or as if they are the ones coming to our country bringing the infection.

Yes cut them off, its the only way to control ebola atm. America never helped them and now they get diseases 24/7 due to all the crap they deal with, they can clearly cut them off send some supplies and doctors etc, so yeah they can do both it isnt impossible. Africa=extinction as in their dying off not that their causing an extinction. And again I never said the american didnt bring it, and yeah America does have alot of deadly diseases but this one is spreading like wildfire and is extremely lethal.

Lets break down your post

Cut them off. Yet send them doctors and supplies. That means that there will still be people and equipment (planes etc) that have to go back and forth. Thats not cutting them off any more than what actually is happening. There is no both.

America has helped them...many...many times.

Africans are dying off more from the civil wars and dictatorships than this. And that has been going on for longer than 5 years...

This one isnt spreading like wildfire. Its spreading in Africa just like pretty much any infection does. Once Ebola goes from Texas across the US at a rapid rate, its not spreading.

The "lul itz not that ifnectious" argument is pretty ******ed when you consider how AIDs spread and how quickly it did so.

AIDS doesn't kill you very quickly. The virus that causes AIDS (HIV) has very few symptoms for a very long time and is still contagious. You could unwittingly be a carrier of HIV for years without knowing. We didn't know how or why HIV was spreading for quite some time. Etc.
