I know many people in their early teens who are mature and capable of performing well in a position of responsibility, however they are not the type of people who would be interested in online games. Perhaps there exists a discrepancy between the demographic of Graal enthusiasts and the demographic of people with administrator responsibilities and work experience, resulting in potentially either recruits who are very enthusiastic about working as Graal staff but are restricted to basic roles due to lack of real-world work experiences and abilities, or those who are sufficiently or even over qualified with plenty of management and leadership aptitude but are far too tied up in real-life responsibilities to spend time working on Graal. That is not to say that current staff are underaged and untalented though. Back in 2011 there was an age limit of 18 years or above, unless the individual has demonstrated exceptional talent in a certain field (for example, level design or scripting) and indeed, there were many skilled members of the staff team who fell into the latter category. I don't know if the age limit is still enforced nowadays, but have faith that the management knows what they are doing. ![]() |

Ah eu vou gozar! please, we need older admins who's mature, for example I'm young slightly salty slight sweet, slight a skill of everything in the world, mature when tired or bored or in a neutral attitude, immature when hyped or excited, talented, ignored bullies except for those CC, Can Identify sexuality in a early age, already about to start a business with my name on it. If there's going to be a young admin they need to meet this expectation ^ lmao they wont meet it. rofl. |

I had written a FAQ team application a long time ago (the team that would help players with questing and stuff). It was like 50% attitude and 50% knowledge. Age was never considered. That was completely separate from GPs, Events, and Development (all separate at the time). Of course, if you give someone the power to ban another player from a game, they should probably have some legal standing for being responsible. |
